These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold at DevToFounder.io, operated by Deepkumar Janardhanan, Kerala, India ("we", "us"). By purchasing or accessing any product, you agree to these Terms.
DevToFounder.io sells digital ebook products and associated downloadable resources ("Products"). Products are available in three tiers: Core Edition, Systems Builder Edition, and Portfolio Owner Edition. The contents of each tier are described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
All Products are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions globally. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
Prices are displayed in USD for global customers and in INR for customers in India. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
Early bird pricing, discount codes, and promotional offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout containing a link to set your password and access the members area. Delivery is typically within 2–5 minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your access email within 30 minutes, contact us at deep@devtofounder.io.
We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us at deep@devtofounder.io within 7 days of purchase with your order reference and we will process a full refund. No questions asked.
After 7 days, refunds are at our sole discretion.
Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method and bank.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Product for your own personal and professional purposes.

All content in our Products — including text, frameworks, templates, checklists, and downloadable files — is the intellectual property of Deepkumar Janardhanan / DevToFounder.io and is protected under applicable copyright law. All rights reserved.
Our Products are provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, revenue, or business results from applying the content. Results depend entirely on your individual effort, market conditions, and execution.
We are not liable for any business decisions you make based on the content of our Products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered members. Your continued use of the members area after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
